The diary lines, notes, times, places (and GPS positions, only when a member taps “Use my current location”) and tasks your members write — entered by you as the data controller. We act as your processor. We also hold account details for the people who sign in, and the Telegram chat each member links.
Solely to provide the service you subscribe to: keeping each member's diary, carrying open lines forward, delivering shared lines and reminders by e-mail and Telegram. We do not sell data and do not use it to train models.
Application data is stored in our managed MySQL database. Place names for a GPS position are looked up with OpenStreetMap; Google Maps is only opened when a member taps a place. Access is restricted to authorised operations staff, and every administrative action is written to an audit trail.
We share nothing with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service, and where the law requires it.
Data is kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends. You may request an export or deletion at any time by writing to support@merciglobal.com.
A member sees only their own diary and the lines colleagues wrote for them. Workspace admins manage who has a diary; they cannot read another member's diary.
