Merci Tasks Diary is a subscription team-diary service operated by Merciglobal Systems Pvt Ltd. Each customer gets a separate company workspace; data is never shared between workspaces.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, exclusive of GST. A free trial runs for the number of days shown on your plan. When a subscription lapses the workspace becomes read-only for the grace period shown in your account, after which sign-in is suspended until it is renewed. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension and can be exported on request.
You are responsible for what your members write in their diaries, for who you add to your workspace, and for keeping sign-in credentials safe. Reminders are sent on a best-effort basis through e-mail and Telegram; a missed or late reminder does not by itself create any liability.
We process your data only to run the service. See our privacy policy.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
